Micheal Attaway, Vice President - Operations
Mr. Attaway is a Professional Engineer and has a distinguished career in mine management and supervision. Mr. Attaway was Vice President - Operations for Viceroy Resources Corporation, where he oversaw the construction and operation of the Castle Mountain and Brewery Creek heap leach operations. He was previously Executive Vice President and General Manager for Brohm Mining Corp., Vice President and General Manager for Bond Gold Colloseum Inc., and Mine Manager at Homestake's McLaughlin Mine and Rancher's Bluebird Mine, the latter an open pit heap leach SX-EW copper operation.

Management Team –

Gary A. Parkison, Vice President
Exploration & Development
Mr. Parkison has both a BSc. and a MSc. in geology and is a registered Professional Geologist with over 30 years experience in the fields on mineral exploration and project evaluation and development.  Gary has worked for a number of small to mid-sized mining companies involved in projects primarily in the western United States and in Mexico, looking for base and precious metals and industrial minerals.  Prior to coming to work for Constellation Gary was Chief Geologist for Cambior USA Inc. and was responsible for the preparation of feasibility studies on the Carlota copper SX-EW property in Arizona and the Metates and Cerro San Pedro gold-silver properties in Mexico.  Gary has overall responsibility for the feasibility study on the Terrazas project, the on-going evaluation of the San Javier project, guidance of the exploration program at Lisbon Valley and the definition and evaluation of new acquisitions.
